North Florida School of Special Education admits all qualifying students between the ages of 6-22 years of age of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students. NFSSE complies with all the requirements of the American Disabilities Act of 1990 which are appropriate to the school.
Inquiries regarding enrollment are made to Deb Rains, Director of Programs and Services. Please contact Ms. Rains to schedule a school tour (904) 724-8323. Please plan to provide your student’s most recent IEP, psychological testing, and matrix number. All admission information is strictly confidential. Students will have a trial visit to NFSSE for a minimum of one school day prior to being enrolled to attend. The trial visit will be scheduled following the parent/guardian tour.
Enrollment checklist: Parent/guardian tour; trial visit; copy of most recent IEP, psychological testing, and matrix number; completed contract with $300 non-refundable registration fee.
To comply with current Florida Immunization regulations, parents/guardians must provide a copy of HRS Form 680.
