The 2020-2021 school theme is Planting Seeds and we’d love for you and your family to get involved with activities around our exciting and impactful theme. Our first craft is Seed Bombs which are fun to make and a great way to highlight two of NFSSE’s signature programs, Art With Soul and Berry Good Farms.
What you need:
- Native, organic wildflower or vegetable seeds
- Construction paper
- Blender
- Cheesecloth or sieve
- Warm water
1. Tear up your construction paper
4. Add seeds and mix gently
2. Soak paper in warm water for 10 minutes
5. Strain seed and paper mixture until mostly dry
3. Blend paper and water until mixture becomes pulp like
